In ‘The Restaurant’ we serve a varied and delicious menu of modern British cuisine, freshly prepared by our team of talented chefs, using the freshest locally sourced ingredients.

With a selection of appetising starters including a fresh homemade Soup of the Day followed by main course dishes such as Belly of ‘Seamer Fayre’ Pork, Star Anise Syrup, Wilted Spinach and Roasting Juices, Local Landed Flat Fish with Sauté Wild Mushrooms & Parsley Butter finished with a portion of hand cut chips and finish with scrumptious variety of home-made desserts.  Head chef Dan Hargreaves is passionate about the field to fork concept. All his meat is sourced through Seamer Fayre Farm in Seamer, he only uses free range eggs, happy barn reared Chickens, sustainably sourced fish and pot caught crab from the North Sea.
